      I guess we are all at the age when we get the cassette analogy – life’s recordings tangling up and confusing us, getting wiped with just traces of pattern remaining. Thanks Harlon.

    I never thought of loss in this way- but so true- feeling and releasing grief or anything that makes us feel undone really is an unspooling. Love the pre-iMusic reference, too. Now if you have something equally profound involving a touchtone wall phone that would make my week 😉
